Who We Are
The Mulepushers have been the official parent run booster club for all UIL and Alamo Heights High School sanctioned clubs, teams or entities, whether they are athletic, artistic or academic in nature since 1971. Our focus has been and will continue to be acknowledging and supporting our student’s successes, goals and help foster their growth into life-long learners and leaders.
Our primary fundraising efforts are through memberships, selling of advertising space in the AHISD Athletic Media Guide and any revenue that our booth produces at Howdy Night. The production of spirit yard signs, decals and all other events or efforts are pass-through types of fundraising.
The results of our efforts are given to the school in the form of Fall and Spring Allocations. This Allocation process is run jointly between the Mulepushers and PTSO with the Mule Team being a contributor of additional funds for Athletics and Athletic related activities such Band, Spurs, Posse, Cheerleading and JROTC.
Just since September 2015, the Mulepushers have raised and given back to AHHS over $175,000 as part of the Allocations process.
Moving forward, the Mulepushers would like to not only increase the amount that we can give back, but help any individual team, club or entity with their fundraising efforts or events if needed.
